Role 01 · Remote

Brand Partnerships Lead

Commercialization / BD Leader

You'll own one thing: turn the traffic we already have into more revenue.

Full-time · Remote Base + strong commission Founding team

What you'll do

  • You are not starting from zero. Take our existing traffic, accounts, client leads and content capability, and build them into serious, recurring revenue.
  • Close clients, price and package our matrix offerings, and set up a repeatable sales motion.
  • Over time, build and lead a BD team as the business grows.

The cards already in your hand

  • 30+ X accounts, from tens of thousands to 100k–200k+ followers, including top-tier accounts.
  • Existing long-term clients and a steady flow of inbound business DMs on Twitter.
  • Proprietary DM management & operation tools, sellable matrix packages, and an AI media brand coming next.

Who we're looking for

  • Someone who can genuinely sell, negotiate with clients, and build a BD team from the ground up.
  • You look at what we have and immediately start doing the math on how big it could be.

What you'll do

  • Take our existing AI content IP — already 100k+ followers — and grow it into something much bigger.
  • Decide what's worth covering, write it, and explain complex things clearly.

Who we're looking for

  • Someone who genuinely follows AI long-term, has taste for content, and writes really well.
  • Not 'can use ChatGPT to write' — you know what deserves to be written, why, and how to make it land.

In your application, you'll be asked

  • Which AI sources do you read every day?
  • Your three best AI story ideas from the past month — and pick one to write a headline + a 300-word opening.

Account Manager

Delivery & Client Ops

Own the full delivery after a client signs — and make sure nothing ever slips.

What you'll do

  • Own the complete delivery flow: brief, scheduling, editing, revisions, publishing, data, review, renewal.
  • Manage 20+ client projects at once and always know the exact status of each one.
  • Know who's signed, who hasn't paid, who's waiting on a draft, what ships when, and who should renew.

Who we're looking for

  • Extremely reliable, detailed, great at communication, and able to push things forward.
  • Can come from an ad agency, MCN, media, internet business ops, or project management background.
